Lehigh Gorge Information
Location: Jim Thorpe, PA
Description: Lehigh Gorge State Park runs 26 miles from White Have to Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania. The trail is an easy, flat ride along an abandoned railroad bed, with scenic views of the steep mountainous terrain cut by the Lehigh River. The crushed gravel trail is at a slight downhill grade from White Haven south. If you want to do the entire ride, a shuttle service provides a dropoff/pickup at White Haven and Rockport.

Directions: From The Jim Thorpe Historic District, take Rt 209 S to River St. Turn right on River Street and go .2 miles. Turn left after crossing the bridge and go .4 miles. Veer left into the Glen Onoko Falls parking area. Go 1 mile to the parking lot. The Lehigh Gorge trail begins at the end of the parking lot past the gate.
