Canaan Valley Institute Description
Located just east of Davis, WV, the Canaan Valley Institute property consists of beautiful woods and meadows.
Some of the trails here are extremely technical and rocky, especially a section on the eastern side comprising
large sheets of white, pitted rock which has been nicknamed the "Moon Rock" section. In addition,
there are several miles of smoother singletrack and doubletrack trails. The CVI trail network connects to
the Canaan Valley Wildlife Refuge to the south which also has a few miles of multi-use trails.

This map was meticulously compiled by a local resident and is an excellent guide of the vast trail network in the Canaan Valley. You can find
